We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text for images, properly labeled forms, a skip link and support for reduced-motion preferences.

The community

945 Nanusha Residences is an elevator building with secure, accessible entries. Five floor plans (A1, B1, B3, C1 and C3.1) have ADA-compliant variants, shown on the Residences pages. We offer reasonable accommodations and modifications for residents and applicants with disabilities in accordance with the Fair Housing Act.
