Who we are

This website is operated for 945 Nanusha Residences, 945 N Old Arlington Heights Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request a tour or send a message, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, floor plan interest, move-in timing and your message. We use it to respond to you, schedule tours and keep you informed about the community. We do not sell it.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. If analytics tools are enabled, they collect aggregate usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address. Where required by law, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Spam protection

Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile processes limited technical signals about your browser under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only with the property owner and its management and leasing agents, with service providers who process it on our behalf (email delivery, hosting, analytics), and when required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for leasing follow-up, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us at the address above or emailing leasing@945nanusha.com. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights may exercise those rights the same way.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
